Finger Paints Where Art Renoir?

I'm always drawn to polishes that create a star field effect with light glitter in a dark base. This is Finger Paints contribution to that genre, Where Art Renoir? On the other hand, I'm super annoyed by polish names with punctuation in them, but I like this polish a lot any way.
